Step 1

• Option 1 - From the Returns Log Report, click on the Order ID to open

• Option 2 - Enter the Purchase Order Number or Grasshopper Order ID then click on it to open

Click the gear icon then Order Actions

Step 3

Click Redeliver

Step 4

Select line item/s to be cloned, choose the redelivery reason, enter notes and click Go
