Tap on Take Action

Step 3

Tap on Pre-Call to make a call to the consignee

Step 4

Tap Arrived on site

Step 5

Choose Customer Available then tap on Complete

Step 6

Toggle Accept All and click the camera icon to capture photos.

Take at least 8 photos then tap Done and proceed by clicking Next.

Step 7

Handover the phone to the customer to fill out the information (and not the driver).

Step 8

Tap Verify Summary and the customer will enter their details.

Step 9

After verification, the customer will sign on the Mobile App and tap on Finish

Confirmation that the delivery has been completed
