Step 1

Choose the stop or order to be picked up

Step 2

Tap on Take Action then Arrived on site 

Step 3

Select Customer Available then tap on Pickup Complete

Step 4

Toggle on Accept All and  then tap on the camera icon to take photos of the merchandise being picked up (minimum of 8 required)

Tap on Done and then proceed by clicking Next

Step 5

Obtain signature, click Next then Done

Status of the order is updated onto In transit for Vendor Pickup and In Transit Return for Customer Pickup
