Step 1

Choose the stop or order to be completed

Step 2

Tap on the Take Action then Pre-Call and call the number

Step 3

Tap Arrived on site

Step 4

Choose Customer Not Available if the customer is not on site when you have arrived. And take at least 3 photos of the customer’s area while waiting. 

Please note that waiting time is a maximum of 20 minutes.

Step 5

If the customer did not show up after 20 minutes of waiting, click Complete.

Toggle onto Reject All and Select Reason, take photos of at least 3 then click Next

Step 6

Click Next then Done
