Tap on the Pre-Call then the contact number

Tap Arrived on site

Step 4

• Tap on Customer Available to start the delivery.

• Choose Customer Not Available if the customer is not on site when you have arrived. Take at least 3 photos of the customer’s area while waiting

Step 5

Review the photos and click Done

Please note that waiting time is maximum of 20 minutes.
