How to Failed Deluxe an Order/Item
Step 1
Open the Warehouse Mobile App and tap on the
QR / Search Button
Step 2
Scan the label/s of the item/s or order
Step 3
Tap on
Take Action
and
Failed Deluxe
Step 4
Select the line item/s that need/s to mark as Failed Deluxe then click
Next
Step 5
Enter specific description of the damage and upload photos then tap on
Send
Photos must include the damaged products (zoomed in and out), original packaging and manufacturer labels
Line item status has been updated to Failed Deluxe
