PO Number: Enter in a Purchase Order number that will be used to order and ship the item/s. You may enter multiple PO number of the customer separated by comma
Sales Order (optional): Acknowledgement number from the vendor that can be used when picking up the order
Freight Tracking (optional): carrier’s BOL number or UPS/FedEx Tracking number

Qty: number of piece/s per SKU. This is the number of duplicate line items. If the order has 8 chairs with the same SKU and they come 2 per box, you would need to enter the quantity of 8. This allows for 1 label per item once opened for the client.
SKU/Item ID: Please use the manufacturer’s SKU as it will appear on the BOL and the item. This will help ensure accuracy when receiving. Also, if you use this SKU again as you enter it, it will auto-populate the information for you.
Name: Item’s description name. Please enter the description or name of the item and be as specific as possible. This will aid in making certain that the items are correct when receiving.
Weight: Weight of each line item in lbs
Value: Retail value of each item
Vendor Name: Vendor/manufacturer of the item.
Choose:
Pick Up + Last Mile: vendor pick up and delivery to the customer. Please send labels and BOLs generated from Grasshopper to the Vendor. This will ensure accuracy and overall positive experience. Grasshopper will track all movements on the items if they are labeled with Grasshopper shipping labels.
Last-mile only: delivery to the customer, you will need to arrange the delivery of your order to the last-mile terminal

Verify all information is accurate - Order Summary, Customer Information, Content and Service Levelthen clickBook Order!
Accessorials (optional): the order is insured up to a certain amount but you still have the option to Increase Coverage
Pre-Inspection: “Inspect Upon Arrival” means we will inspect items when they first arrive at our terminal. This option should be used for particularly fragile, sensitive merchandise or special orders. This is an extra cost, each item is charged separately.
Step 5
After booking the order, Payment Tabwill display. It is recommended that the order is paid at this time. If items arrive without payment, it will delay the scheduling process.

Order Confirmation page will display with Order ID generated by Grasshopper.
Take the time to review the order. Please use the BOLs and labels from Grasshopper and secure payment.
Ensure that order entry is performed before the item/s is/are shipped.
If an item does reach the warehouse without an order entered, it could be refused.
