Step 1

Click Last mile and choose table or calendar (monthly) view

Step 2

On a calendar view - go to date and select the manifest to open

On a table view - go to date, Region and select the manifest to open

Step 3

Select the Route tab, click the drop down list and select Auto to start building the route automatically

Step 4

Once the auto routing is completed, click on the Calculate Time Frame

Adjust the Truck Departure Time, First Delivery Hour and Delivery Time Frame then click Calculate

Step 5

Time Frames for each stop, Estimated Drive Time and Total Distance are updated.

Click on the Broadcast Time Frame and select all 3 modes (Email, Text and Call) to send out the delivery window.
