Step 1

Click Last mile and choose table or calendar (monthly) view

Step 2

• On a calendar view

Select the Manifest’s Sub-Region from the drop down list

Click on +New on the date you would like to open the route then click it to open.

• On a table view - go to date, Region and select the manifest to open

Step 3

Select the Route tab then click Calculate Time Frame

Adjust the Truck Departure Time, First Delivery Hour and Delivery Time Frame then click Calculate.

Step 4

Time Frames for each stop, Estimated Drive Time and Total Distance are updated.

Click on the Broadcast Time Frame and select all 3 modes (Email, Text and Call) to send out the delivery window.
