Step 1

From the Analytics menu, navigate to Trucks & Manifest and select Returns Log.

Step 2

Click on the Order ID to open the order.

Step 3

Click the gear icon then Order Actions

Step 4

Click Redeliver

Step 5

Select line item/s to be cloned, choose the redelivery reason, enter notes and click Go

Go to Global Search, enter the Order ID and click on it to open.

Click Redeliver
