Toggle onto Accept All, click the camera icon to take photos (at least 8 photos) then Next

Two options to obtain signature from the customer:

Option 1 - Signing on the Mobile App

• Sign on the Driver’s Mobile App then click Next

• Review the uploaded photos, click Done

Order on Delivered status (completed)

Option 2 - Contactless POD

• Click Contactless POD

• Enter the contact details of the customer - Phone Number and Email Address then click Send
