Step 1

Click the gear icon and select Advanced Settings

Step 2

Navigate to the Orders tab and expand the Pre Delivery Questionnaire section.

You will see an option to enable or disable the Questionnaires.

To add more questions, simply click the + Add Question button. 

Any changes made will be automatically saved by the system.
