Step 1

Enter the Purchase Order Number or Grasshopper Order ID and select

Step 2

Click the gear icon and select Order Actions

Step 3

Click Add Service Ticket

Step 4

Choose the Service Type - Repair, Site Measurement or Other

Add the description of service then click Next

Step 5

Review the Service Ticket then click Book Order!
